Cleanliness is an important feature of service quality and top housekeeping in 4 or 5 star hotels, especially during Corona times.

Housekeepers and Executive Housekeepers as well as Rooms Divisions Managers take responsibility for hygiene and cleanliness in the publicly accessible areas and organize all related tasks.

Our housekeeping assistant is primarily responsible for the quality control of THE MANDALA suites. In addition, diligence, quality awareness and strong communication skills are of fundamental importance.

Your passion is to help hotel guests with questions quickly and easily and to make contact with us as pleasant as possible at a 5-star level.


As a reservations employee, you and your colleagues will centrally process all reservations that arrive by phone, email or via the booking systems at THE MANDALA HOTEL or THE MANDALA SUITES.


Do you stay focused and professional even in stressful situations? Are you also a communicative and cheerful personality? Then you've come to the right place in our reservations department.

Technophile? Impress our guests too

There are more technical installations today, including in hotels, than ever before. Lamps, fans, kitchen appliances, televisions - everything is serviced. Both small and large technical and structural defects have to be remedied. Our in-house technicians take care of these details on a regular basis. The guests should also feel comfortable in this respect and should never be “in the dark”.
